Sheldon Coopers Unknown Shirt

Unless Sheldon has become a trumpet enthusiast, my best guess is that this shirt is somehow meant to represent a wormhole. However, I'm not sure. If anyone has any input, feel free to drop me a line in the comments and maybe we can figure this out together. Thanks!

    1. You're right unknown, it does look like the diagram for one. I don't trust my instincts enough to go on them, though, without confirmation of some sort. Thanks for the input, nevertheless!

  2. This is actually a graphical representation of Gabriel's horn which is a three dimensional figure created by spinning the equation y = 1/x from 1 to infinity around the x-axis. This figure contains a finite volume and yet has an infinite surface area.
